[ Tyr glances over at Ion before looking forward again. It's a small gesture, but Tyr understands it and appreciates it.

And Tyr lifts his own hand to rest it over Ion's. ]

[He doesn't pull his hand back right away with Tyr's own gesture.]

Do you think you're able to sleep?

[third_liberator]

[ He nods. ]

Yeah... I'll be able to sleep soon.

[ His own hand falls back to his lap. ]

What about you?

[fontastically]

[With his hand free, he is going to pull it back.]

I will do my best.

[third_liberator]

...How about you stay here until morning? It's late now, and... [ He doesn't want him to push his luck. ]

[fontastically]

Okay.

[There is no sense in arguing, really, especially since he is tired.]

I can sleep in here.

[third_liberator]

All right...

[ He reaches up and gives Ion a quick pat on the shoulder before standing. ]

We have an extra bed if you want to stay there, though...since one of our housemates left...

[fontastically]

I'll be fine, thank you.

[third_liberator]

All right... I'll just bring you pillows and blankets, then... Hold on.

[ With that, he heads out to his room. ]

[fontastically]

[He's going to do just as he is told and remains sitting on the couch. Alone.]

[third_liberator]

[ Tyr returns not long after with a pillow and blanket in one arm and Ion's jacket draped over the other. His gloves are pulled on as well. ]

If you need anything during the night, help yourself...

[ He passes the pillow to Ion. ] ...but you should warn your household that you're here soon, too.

[fontastically]

[He nods before reaching to take the pillow.]

It's nothing... [ He lets Ion have the pillow and sets the blanket over the arm of the couch for Ion to use as he chooses. ] Sleep well, Ion...

I hope the same for you.

[He doesn't move to get situated right away, however.]

If you aren't able to, I'll be here.

[ Ion was an honestly kind person, wasn't he? Tyr looks at him for a few seconds before a grateful smile comes to his face. ]

I'll be in my room if you need me too...

[ His tea was still on the table, though, so he soon rejoined Ion. ]

[Ion makes sure to give Tyr some room and is going to tend to his own tea. Surely letting it sit for any longer will result in it getting cold.]
